Introduction It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to our web site. We are in the process of updating our pages and hope that you enjoy the experience. Welcome back to Semester 2 2009 We had a very successful first semester. We hope to maintain our successes this semester. Again, we will have a faculty blog. Staff will be encouraged to raise general issues concerning the faculty by this means. We have begun negotiations for a visiting author in September. A small number of students have enrolled in the Premier's Reading Challenge and in the English Competition. The Faculty feels that it is very important for our students to test themselves against a wider group. Employers like these activities. The College is involved in the Wider Workforce project and their ning and Richard's ning are available in the links. In Term 3 our Year ( and 10s, will attend the Courage to Care exhibition in Horsham. We hope to use it as part of our anti-bullying projects within the KLA. Updated 23rd June 2009 |
